Privacy Policy

Racing Alerts is the data controller for Racing Alerts.

What we store

• Your Telegram user ID and first name, so the bot can message you.
• Your watchlist and a record of alerts we have sent you.
• Your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and subscription status.

We never see or store your card details — Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy.

Why

Only to provide the service you subscribed to and to manage your subscription (contract). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long

While you have an account and for up to 12 months after your subscription ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by contacting contact@racingalerts.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
