Questions
How do I cancel?
Open the bot and tap Billing. It opens Stripe's secure page, where you can cancel in a few taps. You won't be charged during your free trial if you cancel before it ends.
What if my dog isn't found?
Type the exact name. If we can't match it yet, we'll alert you when it first appears on a card.
Which tracks do you cover?
Greyhound racing in Great Britain and Ireland, and horse racing in the UK and Ireland.
When do I get an alert?
When a runner is on a published race card. For dogs that is usually 1 to 3 days ahead, and for horses it is usually the day before.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never pass through us.
