Terms of Service

These terms apply to Racing Alerts, operated by Racing Alerts ("we"). By subscribing you agree to them.

The service

Racing Alerts sends Telegram messages when greyhounds or horses on your list appear in published UK and Irish race cards. It is an information service only. We do not give tips or betting advice and do not accept bets.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to buy a subscription.

Subscription, trial and cancellation

New subscribers get one 7-day free trial, then pay £4.99/month until they cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the bot's Billing button or the "Manage subscription" link on our website; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Accuracy

Race data comes from third-party sources and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Alerts are provided "as is" and we are not liable for losses arising from missing or inaccurate alerts. Always check official sources.

Fair use

Lists are limited to 30 runners. Do not resell or redistribute alerts.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell subscribers about material changes through the bot. Contact: contact@racingalerts.co.uk.
